Most Expensive Condo On Pensacola Beach

UPDATE:  2/1/12

Although people looking for deals in the resort market usually ask about the least expensive properties or bargains, there is another side to that coin.  Pensacola Beach also has a nice choice of luxury and penthouse units scattered throughout several complexes.  While there are many units approaching $1,000,000, only three units are priced higher than that on our beach with the most expensive condo on Pensacola Beach being Unit 1801 at The Beach Club; a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom 3,971 square foot condominium priced at $2,245,000.  This building was completed in 2007 and has some of the nicest finishes and amenities on the beach.  You can view it along with photos of The Beach Club at MLS #419562 using the quick search option on my website.  Priced slightly lower at $2,100,000, Unit 1701 (MLS #350316) is furnished and decorated very well and appears to be one of the last developer owned units in the Beach Club.

I have had the opportunity to look in many of The Beach Club units both in showings to my customers, and also visiting many of my friends and their families who have chosen to stay there on vacations or family events. The units are finished out at a very high level and the common areas leave nothing to be desired.  With an amenity package on par with the Portofino, its no surprise that this project shared the same developers.

For a resort community as beautiful as Pensacola Beach to only have 3 units listed over $1,000,000 could also be considered a calling card to come take a look at vacationing here or investing for the future. The Beach Club units are managed by several companies on the Island including our sister company JME Vacations.

Just let me know if you would like any information on vacationing or purchasing at the most expensive and desirable condominiums on Pensacola Beach.
