I offer a relocation program through Coldwell Banker United REALTORS® to assist people making a transition in their lives to a new area. This service is offered at no extra charge and gives my clients the advantage of working with two REALTORS®.

Extensive Network Resources to help with anything involved in changing residency, for example:

• Pet-friendly hotels & pet-sitters
• Moving companies

Benefit of having two REALTORS® looking out for your interests – I act as a liaison between my client, their needs, and their assigned REALTOR®. If there is any kind of conflict or concern, I can have a different REALTOR® assigned the next day.

I help clients find an experienced REALTOR® in their area to sell their current home.

I find a REALTOR® knowledgeable about each client’s specific concerns in their new location, including those looking for a REALTOR® aware of sustainability and energy efficiency in homes.
