Having practiced law as a real estate and business attorney, I understand the types of calculations that investors look to when making purchasing decisions. I have extensive experience working with these financial calculations and analyzing transactions.

Additionally, I have vast experience working with other professionals such as bankers and attorneys, both of whom are becoming more and more involved in investor transactions.

As an NAHB Certified Green Professional and LEED Green Associate, I am uniquely qualified to help investors determine all energy and sustainability issues of a property. I make recommendations based on cost vs. potential return for investors.
