I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. I have commuted regularly between the two cities of Pensacola and Mobile for more than a decade and have developed expertise for my clients over the entire region to meet all their real estate needs.

Education and Experience

Attended University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa -- graduated with a BA in Commerce and Business Administration and a major in Real Estate.

Attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta -- received a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.

Practiced law in Birmingham, Alabama and Boulder, Colorado until 1995 when I entered the real estate profession full time.

Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Colorado in 1995 and engaged in real estate sales and development until returning to Gulf Breeze, FL.

Earned Real Estate Brokers License in Florida in 2000 and continued to be involved in sales and development.

Licensed in Alabama in 2007 and became more actively involved in the Mobile area.

I enjoy assisting clients who are interested in energy efficiency and sustainable building practices in an effort to help them realize their green real estate and lifestyle goals. I’ve built two spec homes to the Boulder, Colorado Green Builders Program Standards, therefore, I am well aware of the many benefits being green brings to the real estate industry and our environment in general.
Pet-Friendly Real Estate Professional
As a Pet-Friendly Real Estate Professional, I enjoy working with sellers and buyers to accommodate any special needs they or their pets may have. In my own home, we’ve always had a number of animal shelter/rescue dogs and the current line-up includes four; so we are keenly aware of how having pets can affect the transition to a new home. With some prior planning, we can easily incorporate your pet into the process.
Because I Care:
I donate 5% of my real estate sales-based commissions to qualifying animal welfare and rescue organizations within our Florida and Alabama Gulf Coast Region.
